Yes, as long as you have a properly rated truck or trailer. Our staff will help with safe loading and securing instructions before you leave.

Equipment Use & Maintenance

Contact us right away. Our support team will troubleshoot with you, and if needed, we’ll dispatch a technician or replace the equipment promptly at no extra cost.

All rentals come fully fueled or charged. Equipment must be returned in the same condition, or refueling/recharging fees may apply.

 Yes, renters are responsible for any loss or damage. You can provide your own insurance certificate or add coverage through BIGRentals.

Rental Terms & Policies

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. If you need to extend your rental, just let us know before your return date — we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Late returns may result in additional daily charges. Please notify us in advance if you need more time.

Yes, cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.
